Message dated May 8 was read, stating the House passed and returned                                 
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 172(FIN) "An Act relating to an annual                                       
report by the court system to the public and the legislature" for

Senator Leman moved that the Senate concur in the House                                             
amendment.
